Develop User Storyboards
A user story can be identified by his/her goals. It describes who the user is, what his/her needs are and why they are. E.g:
“Jeff, the CEO of Mobile Apps, oversees the design and development process, which includes asset creation and prototyping. He needs easy access to the prototyping SaaS as well as the libraries that designers use for projects.”
User stories can help you build useful information about your target users, their different needs, and motivations for opening and visiting options on your WordPress site.
User storyboards are visual representations of users' behavior when they open your website. You can use sketches, screenshots, animations, videos or use tools to develop user storyboards.
Data collection
Just like with user personas, when developing a user storyboard, you need to start with data. There are many UX research methods that can help you gather valuable data about your website, preferably:
Card sequencing : Ask a group of test users to arrange each element of the information architecture by using cards for each element. If it can't be done physically, you can search for various card sorting tools online.
Expert Reviews : Hire a UX expert who knows how to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your site from its strengths and weaknesses. The Latest Mailing Database expert is allowed complete freedom to express his/her constructive feedback.
Field Research : Observe user behavior on your site. After that, conduct an interview and ask them about their observations and contextual aspects of your website.
Usability Testing : Observe how target users perform specific tasks on your website and collect data.
write down the plot
Think about your user story and the steps/events of that story. What you need is:
Primary Persona : The user persona involved in the story, their characteristics, expectations, and attitudes.
Scenario : Consider the steps to use the website and the environment the user is in.
Just write down the steps and imagine how they would look in the storyboard.
Add details
With detailed information, you can describe how users feel and experience each step of your site. Write down all the other details you can think of.
